Delivery Information

We understand. No one likes to wait. You can't wait for your shiny new Chess Pieces - and we can't wait to get them delivered to you!

Therefore, we do our best to despatch your order as soon as we can. However, due to the way courier pick-ups work, we normally only manage to get your order handed over to the couriers the next working day. This also ensures, that we can double-check the item(s) in your order for any damages or manufacturing defects prior shipping them out.

Due to the value of our goods, we send out the majority of our orders with tracking information or Signed For (or its equivalent during the pandemic and times of contactless delivery). You will receive an e-mail from us with information regarding what shipping service was used and a tracking / reference number or a link to tracking information.

Delivery Times

Unless you specify a premium delivery service, orders are normally delivered within 3 to 5 working days upon despatch. If you opted for an Express service, delivery will take place 1-2 working days upon despatch.

Please note: We can not be held responsible for any delays that are outwith our control. We have no influence over extreme weather events (or the weather in general), staff strike at couriers, etc.
